About this unit
Used outdoor Siemens unit in Atlas Electric's stock in Spokane, Washington. Atlas's own record for it says thieves got into the enclosure: all the jumper wire and the taps were cut and the low-voltage phase bussing is gone, so it needs repair before it can go back in service.
